Will an 8.4 work with this gun? I've heard you need to "jumpstart" it with a 9.6v I was also thinking of getting a 4x32 scope for it, but will the front sight get in the way? If it will be in the way, I'm thinking of getting the regular M4 and putting a rail on top of the carrying handle. Only problem is, the regular M4 only holds a small battery. what do you think I should do?

No...you just need a GOOD battery, I am fairly certain. (Though not positive). I would advise getting a 9.6 anyway, bring out the beast . The site will get in the way if you do not get the right kind of mount. However..why get a scope??? If you want something get a red dot, or use the one you have on your G36. You will still need a mount though.
