Okay my friend just bought this gun without asking me or anything. (noob)

He
made a good choice though. I wish he would have bought an E1, but he
needed to get a smart charger and he could only afford JG.

I asked if he likes AK's and he's like not really. So what does he do? He goes and buys an AK............................ Very Happy

He made a great choice. AKs are about the right size for where we are playing at. (M16 would be too long)

Well, I would recomend the Echo 1 package to him, but ultimately it's his choice. Also, what role is he? If he wants to be a sniper and he has an M4, chances are he won't do very well. On the flipside of that, if he wants to be a CQB operator w/ an M16, he won't do very well. Also, the M16 is heavier than the M4, so he might want to take manuverability into consideration, as well.

well you could tell him to get the M4 tactical carbine instead, it is as long as the M4 with the stock fully extended, it can take large batteries, and it is somewhat good in CQB and at long ranges

My bad

No, anything over 200 is out. He doesn't need an amazing gun. We play with about 15 people, two with E1 VA MP5s, one UTG sniper, a UHC S9, a spring M14, and spring FAMAS'. (not everyone came that day)

My friend will get to open his very own Echo 1 M4 package deal in 5 days, I convinced him to get it...mostly by showing it to him
