Wood Carving

This past week has been spring break for me and Admin and ive gotten REALLY bored so i decided to carve a staff, heres it so far

Thats the best side, here is what it is supposed to look like

and im starting to sand it today so i hope to have it done by april

im pretty sure it is. Anyways are you going to paint it? also what kind of wood are you using?

nah im gonna keep it natural but i might stain it and i think its rosewood
